Every pouch is built from PET, AL, PA or RCPP laminates selected for your product’s barrier requirement, then printed, laminated, slit and bagged under one roof. Lead time is 15 to 20 days after artwork approval, and our minimum order value is USD 5,000 per order.

One factory, full traceability. Printing, lamination, slitting and bag-making all happen in our 30,000 m² clean workshop. If a batch fails a seal-strength test, we know which machine and which roll caused it.
Food-safety documentation included. ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and China food packaging licence XK16-204-00701 are issued with every shipment, ready for your customs and retailer audits.
Pouch Structures — Choose by Barrier Requirement
- PET/PE — standard barrier, cost-efficient. Best for dried snacks, candy, biscuits, hardware.
- PET/VMPET/PE — metallized medium barrier with strong shelf presence. Best for chips, puffed snacks, instant noodles.
- PET/AL/PE — aluminium foil, high oxygen and moisture barrier. Best for coffee, nuts, dried fruit, meat products, sauces.
- MOPP/VMPET/PE — stiff, high barrier, premium feel. Best for chocolate, energy bars, premium confectionery.
- PET/PA/RCPP — retort grade, withstands 121°C sterilization. Best for ready meals, seafood, pet food in gravy.
- Kraft paper/AL/PE — natural paper look with foil barrier. Best for organic food, tea, specialty coffee.
- Transparent high-barrier — no foil, microwave-safe and metal-detectable. Best for products where the customer must see the contents.
Features You Can Add to Your Stand-Up Pouch
Press-to-close zipper, slider zipper, corner spout with cap, clear or matte window, tear notch, laser score line for easy opening, hang hole or Euro hole for retail peg displays, die-cut shaped corners, and QR or anti-counterfeit printing.
Surface finishes include gloss, matte, soft-touch and spot UV. Registration tolerance is ±0.2 mm, and we send a physical color proof for approval before mass production.

Our stand-up pouches are used across a wide range of products: roasted and ground coffee, nuts and dried fruit, chips and puffed snacks, candy and chocolate, pet treats and dry pet food, frozen seafood and ready meals, sauces and condiments, laundry detergent pods and liquid detergent, facial mask and skincare sample sachets.
If your product needs a barrier against oxygen, moisture, light or grease, we can specify the laminate for it. Send us your fill weight and shelf-life requirement and we will recommend the structure.
Quality Control Before Shipment
Every production batch is checked at four points: incoming film inspection, in-line print registration, post-lamination bond strength, and finished pouch seal strength. We also run residual solvent testing, drop testing and, for food-contact orders, migration testing through accredited third-party labs. A retention sample from each batch is kept for 12 months.

What is your minimum order quantity for stand-up pouches?
Our minimum order value is USD 5,000 per order. How many pieces that covers depends on pouch size and structure — send us your size and we will confirm the exact quantity within 24 hours. Sizes of the same design can be mixed to reach the minimum.
Can you print our own artwork?
Yes. Send AI, PDF or PSD files at 300 dpi. Our prepress team will check bleed, color separation and barcode scannability, then send a digital proof and a physical color proof before production.
How long does production take?
15 to 20 days after artwork approval for most orders, plus 5 to 7 days for cylinder engraving on a first order. Repeat orders skip the engraving step.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We can send existing stock samples for free and you cover the courier cost. Custom printed samples require a cylinder fee, which is refunded against your first mass-production order.
Do you offer recyclable or compostable pouches?
We supply mono-material PE and PP structures that pass recyclability screening, and we can quote compostable laminates for specific applications. Tell us the certification you need (CEFLEX, OK Compost, How2Recycle) and we will confirm feasibility.
Which countries do you export to?
We ship to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America and South America. We handle FOB, CIF and DDP terms, and we prepare all export documentation including the food-contact declaration your customs broker will ask for.
